Our Team.
Aboriginal & Torres Strait Island House of Healing Pty Ltd was founded by Ranald Link and Paul Cowderoy to address the critical need for Indigenous child emergency and residential care that honours culture, customs, and spirituality. Our mission is to break the cycle of transgenerational trauma that affects young Indigenous children, providing them with a nurturing environment that fosters healing and growth.
Ranald Link brings years of experience in residential care and is a prominent leader within the Indigenous community. As a warrior for his people, he uses his platform as a rapper to advocate for change and is the creator of the First Nation Warriors Rugby program, dedicated to empowering Indigenous youth.
Paul Cowderoy has had lifelong connections with Indigenous communities, having Aboriginal siblings himself. He established the BNE Royals basketball program, focusing on supporting Indigenous athletes from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Paul’s approach emphasizes discipline and nurturing, creating a supportive environment for individual and team development. Additionally, as a recognized country music singer, he shares his passion for the land and music, enriching our programs with cultural significance.
